How to Play

1. You and the computer take turns playing one card onto the central pile.
2. If the rank of your card matches the top card on the table, you capture the entire pile.
3. A Jack captures the pile regardless of the top card's rank.
4. If there is exactly one card on the table and you capture it with the same rank, you make a Pişti.
5. Captured cards contribute to your score; when hands run out, the remaining deck is dealt until the round is complete.

What to Watch

The important information is not only your current hand but also the visible history of cards. A card that seems safe now may give the opponent an easy capture on the next turn. Jacks are powerful because they can collect any exposed pile, so using one too early can sacrifice future value.

Strategy Tips

• Capture when the pile is valuable, but avoid wasting a Jack on a small pile unless necessary.
• Remember ranks that have already appeared to estimate whether a matching card is likely to return.
• When you cannot capture, consider which discard creates the least attractive opportunity for the opponent.
• Against the stronger computer mode, look one move beyond the immediate capture.

Pişti mixes strategic interaction with incomplete information. Players observe the public pile and their own cards but do not know the opponent's hand or future cards. The game therefore illustrates hidden information, belief formation, tactical sacrifice and the value of remembering previously revealed actions.
